was simple in the process but when I completed the KYC questions- the answers were not acceptable within the narrow cnfined of accepeted responses - suggest a drop down list for headline response then a blank box for expanion the the headline answer

Unreliable- cancelled service at short notice and no refund
Signed up for a year for a registered address and followed stringent verification and due diligence procedures which were unnecessarily painful only to receive later an email at short notice telling me that they would be closing the relevant office and I need to find an alternative address. Only 4 weeks’ notice was given even though I had paid for a year and I’m sure this decision about the closure must have been known long before.
It was left up to me to request a refund for the service I had paid for that was not received. I found this very unprofessional and surprising. Looking at recent reviews I can see I was not the only one surprised at this.
If you are to offer these services- be reliable. If you have to breach the contract by withdrawing them, at the very least be professional enough to give people adequate notice and for goodness’ sake have the decency to offer refunds for the service you’ve been paid for but no longer providing!!

Unfortunately, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our Glasgow office services in order to focus on our London-based operations. While business decisions of this nature require careful consideration, once the decision was officially finalised, we promptly informed all affected clients.
We fully recognise the impact this may have and have made every effort to ensure the transition is as smooth and seamless as possible. While we consider four weeks’ notice to be an appropriate and reasonable timeframe for making alternative arrangements, we understand that this may still cause some inconvenience.
To support our clients during this transition, we have arranged a bespoke package with an alternative address provider in Glasgow, who has agreed to match our pricing exclusively for Rapid Formations customers. This ensures that clients can transfer their services without incurring any additional costs. Additionally, I wish to confirm that, of course, pro-rata refunds were to be offered to customers who are no longer able to use the services. I can also confirm that your refund has been processed.
We also want to assure you that all other services we offer are active, and that our business remains fully operational from our central London Office. This difficult decision was made to allow us to streamline and improve our core services, and therefore, increase the value for our customers.
Once again, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly apologise for any inconvenience these changes have caused you or your company, and we wish you every success in your business endeavours.

Generall Satisfied
I'm generally speaking satisfied with Rapid Formations. I also loved how smooth and quick setting up a company was.
One of the big plus points I found so far is that when you have a concern or a problem, there is a human to talk to (instead of AI bots).
They also have very nice packages that have everything you need to get started!
Overall, everything was excellent with few issues but their support helped make it minor.
