I had issue with my heating system and they gave me a diagnosis to change the boiler. I agreed for them to install the boiler. They did install the boiler and afterwards told me i needed to flush the system, of which they charged me and extra £700 to do the flushing. After that, the radiators were still not warming up to which i called back to have them check that since they installed a new boiler. To my amazement I was told that the pipes needed changing and they were ready to quote a price for me.I refused because they should have known that in the initial diagnosis. The pipes in question were installed new in 2017. They didnt even make the effort to come check again on the work they themselves did but has the guts to qoute for me more work.Fooled once and never again. Stay away from these thieves!
Thiefs, avoid at all costs. My partner is in tears right now. we really should of done our research. please people avoid this place at all costs. There hourly fee is Nearly 100 pound a hour! they charged us over 400 pound for parts to fix a tap and a copper pipe in the toilet which cost 30 pound!
