Purchased software, very slick purchasing process, no problems downloading, however had a problem activating software, Joffre from Rapid Software Support told me how to fix it, all worked perfectly, and it all took half a hour from start to finish. Great service and I would use rapid software again.

Issue to activate MS PROJECT 2016
I had an issue to activate the MS Project 2016 in my laptop just after my purchasing, I immediately loo for support form RaidSoftware, and yes, got respond bac in less than 5 minutes in both occasions, 1st from Anand and in 2nd time from RAM, both, truly service and supported individuals, both give the steps and guided me to resolve the issue with 2016 project. Both also very respectful and patience with mi and my frustration. Finally, problem solved. Than you Anand and Ram.

Simply, an scam, or seems so.
Hello, the people from rapidsoftware scammed me, their product left out of key product in just a day later i installed it and to make it worse it got my pc into lag and freezing gpu.
I'd suggest everyone who is doubting NOT to buy the office 2016 home and students lifetime license (the one I bought); and of course I'd claim then to give me my money back if they had a bit of remorse, but I don't think they will.
