Fast and efficient support!

I bought a software license from Rapid Software, used it for a couple of months before I received an error message about the license.
I contacted their support and I had the issue fixed within 20 minutes. A first-class service!

Hy, I have bought office here, first, I was aked to send an e mail with the payment receipt to "ask at rapidsoftware.io were i didnt get any answer! I was afraid, that something went wrong and I have spent money for nothing.
Then I went on you homepage where I saw the contact "hey at rapidsoftware.io and I immedeately got an anwer from AMADOU. He told me to use the live chat and he really helped me, now I have my word installed and I´m very happy. Thanks a lot to Amadou for guiding me!

retrieving lost software

I was having trouble downloading and reinstalling microsoft office. Anand from uniq software was very responsive and very helpful. Anand gave me very clear instructions and the problem was all fix in no time at all.
