Spent nearly £400 on parts to not even receive an email acknowledgement. 3 Weeks and two phone calls later I have been told my order is cancelled and now waiting a refund. The items ordered show as in stock but they are not even in the UK. I have ordered thousands of items online and this is the only company who do not even send an email to confirm a sale. I just spoke to them on the phone, the lady Emily was pleasant enough but basically didn't care about the terrible customer service I received and offered no apology or excuse.

When it comes to Raptor4x4 I am appalled. Where do I start? The italian Webshop does not work, no pics, page programming a disaster. Just tried to get spare parts for my broken propshaft on the ".net" site - cant add anything to my card.
I purchased a full suspension kit from Raptor4x4 for thousands of Euros, and both propshafts double cardan. They delivered all the stuff to the wrong adress, 500km from where its supposed to be. When I wrote them a mail regarding this issue, the italian guy said, he does not see any issues with that, I am trying to create problems where are none 0_o So I had to pick the goods up myself. They sold me shocks with adapters, so the shocks were too long and broke on my first offroad trip after installing them. The springs are too soft, even though I exactly described what I planned to do with my truck. (and they call them +200kg compared to standard). Now within 10000km the propshaft double cardan broke, when driving green lanes :( Oh man, I wish I had not bought my stuff there. Shop, support, parts: I would not do it again.

Awful experience. After being recommended to their site from a friend who buys items for their discovery I decided to buy some chairs from them for an upcoming trip, instead of a big prime supplier. Called right before ordering to confirm items were in stock and available to be dispatched same day. Next day still hadn’t heard anything so phoned them, with their apologies they said for some reason it hadn’t been dispatched but don’t worry they’d upgrade shipping to 24hr. Next day again nothing so phoned to find out it STILL hadn’t been dispatched. A ‘picking glitch’ When I asked for a next day before 10am delivery they said they weren’t able to offer that service - even though every major courier offers this. So disappointed. I’ve now not got time to sort anything else in time. Avoid.
