Terrible wrapping & product doesn’t match description
My necklace was wrapped so incredibly tight with a sticky plastic film. It took me at least 40 minutes to unwrap it, and I felt like I was losing my mind. Forty. Minutes. Please wrap your necklaces better, so that unwrapping them isn’t literally so awful.
My necklace I ordered didn’t even fit with the pendant that CAME with it. The pendant just falls off. Extremely disappointed with my purchase, and will never buy from this store again.

Hi Elliot, I'm so sorry to hear that. The wrap we use can very easily be removed if you just fold it open. I'm so sorry if that wasn't clear. I will communicate this to our manufacturer and see if there's a way to wrap in a different way.

Items do not seem to be crafted with care. Jump rings are cheap and wires are flimsy. Very disappointing.

Beautiful pieces! I've been wanting to buy from here for months and I'm so glad I finally did! Each piece was thoroughly packaged in their own velvet bags and they all came in one resealable bag. It also arrived faster than I expected, so I will definitely be ordering again soon!

Excellent customer service
I bought a heavy angel chain as a first time customer and then hours later they did a sale, I asked for a price match (adjustment) for the difference in cost and they honored that request.
