Haven't gotten my order, DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP. I wish Instagram would take down this ad. If you try and call their "customer service", the voicemail tells you that they just used her number and that it was a mistake. SCAM

THIS IS RIDICULOUS. THIS SITE IS A SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE! My boyfriend has been waiting 3+ weeks for his order and we just did the research only to find out this site is a scam. We are highly disappointed. Wish we did our research before purchasing. I hope our review can help someone else before they spend any money on this site.

Complete scam.. I've been waiting 2 weeks for my order. Sad to say I lost $40 due to poor research on this site before purchasing. Thanks Instagram for setting me up with this sh!tty plug

This website is a complete scam. Just like many others I have not received my order, and It is being shipped all over the country. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. I've lost 30 dollars and I would hate to see another person have this happen to them.

I called the number they have on the website and it called some lady in Florida but they ship from Cali. I contacted through email too no response. I contacted their social media no response. On their Instagram there is people who supposedly got their hats but I don't think that's true! I called USPS in California because the package was their after traveling from city to city in Cali and state to state. The lady said someone called 8 times that morning to redeliver the package (the customer) no one called in my household to change the address. They're saying it's going to NY but I live no where close to NY. I lost my 10 dollars because their customer service doesn't work. I would've bought from eBay if I knew this site was a scam. DONT BUY AND SAVE THE TIME AND MONEY. I'm very upset since I had my eye on a cute bucket hat for a long time. I contacted Shopify (which is on their website they state it's powered by) they are looking into it some more. I will keep trying to contact these people until I get the answers I need!

Yea it's a scam . Now I lost my money & my little girl is very upset, thank you for ruining her day, stealing money from people isn't cool b. We struggling out here and you stealing people's last . God has a plan for you my guy .

I ordered a cap on July 4th from rarecaps.com. I have my order #(7961). 11 days later, on July 15th, I was sent an email stating that my order had been shipped. I signed up for USPS tracking and found dozens of redelivery requests coming from "the customer." I called USPS and they told me these were coming from someone named Roger Williams in California (I don't know anyone named Roger Williams). Furthermore, they told me I will never receive my package because it says it is to be shipped to 42nd street in NYC. I live in NYC but not on 42nd street.

I tried to call customer service listed on their website but I was sent to someone named Alison's cell phone. I emailed them and got no response.

Horrible. Do NOT order. You will never get your shipment and will have to go through the trouble of disputing it. My shipment has been all over the USA except for where it should be.

DO NOT ORDER FROM WEBSITE! It's a scam! Ordered two hats back in may and have not received them! I emailed the company numerous times (not surprising) WITH NO RESPONSE !!!

Did anyone get their hats? Damn wish I read these these reviews. I purchased two hats. They were really cheap, but I hope I get them :/

I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. This is a click bait website, that steals your money and "sends" your hats to some place in Missouri. This site needs to be busted, and if these hats exist, all who have been scammed deserve their products with full refund.

The item that I ordered was sent to an address in Missouri and they have not answered any of my numerous emails. I reread their terms of service and they essentially reserve the "right" to suspend or discontinue their service indefinitely. Essentially, by placing an order, they stipulate that they can take your money and are not obligated to provide anything in return. Don't order from them.

Not a real company, looks like another online hat shop, but it's a scam. Ordered 6 hats almost 2 months ago, and barely received a shipping confirmation 3 weeks ago. Hats got "delivered" to an address in Missouri and I live in California. Beware of this shop!!!

Do not I mean do not buy for them worst customer service they do not reply to your emails an end up sending ur stuff to Missouri

My daughter ordered a cap from rare caps and has not received it. They don't have a number to contact them just by email. She had emailed them several times but they have not responded. I went to the post office and tracked it and it was sent to Missouri post office. I gave them my tracking number and it had someone else name and address with my tracking number. Please don't order from them . I should have told her to look at the reviews from others and the exact same thing happened This is a learning lesson for my daughter. To check the company before ordering from them. I am going to purse them because they have done this to several people.

my hats were supposed to be delivered to me in massachusetts. They were delivered to a random place in missouri

I still haven't received my shipment and it's been over a month. I did get a shipping confirmation, but that was a month ago and I still haven't gotten anything. Don't buy from them. Lesson learned.
