Great quality
I bought the Blue Blur Mesh long sleeve Top but had never heard of the brand before so was unsure about the quality. The top is well-made, the sleeves are see-through but the front and back have an extra material layer for coverage. I chose the standard shipping but the turnaround was only 4 days from when I placed my order. Would recommend.

Genuis idea with adjustable bust tie !
Ordered Wine cup detail Devore maxi dress in size 8, fitted beautiful ! At first I thought it was too big on the bust as was very loose but quickly realised the tie is adjustable, what a genius idea !! You can alter the tie to suit your bust size...just pull the tie to suit your size, well done Rare !!! Will defo be buying from you again. !

I bought the dress on Black Friday as the "countdown" was on. Only to find 2 days later the dress I bought was even cheaper! Royal wind up if I'm honest as the dress was a treat for me and I could have got it cheaper but marketing led me to believe the sale would be over.

Order 19914- Ordered a dress 3 weeks ago. Tracking is available for the UK but nothing once in the US. I have an event in 2 days and no package or response from the multiple times I have emailed or messaged from the website. I don't know if I like the dress or not because I still haven't received it. I never got my parcel
I never got my parcel. Royal Mail’s notification said it was sent back because the address was incorrect. Definitely not the case. I had to order an alternative dress from elsewhere so I can have something to wear on Friday.

Gorgeous dress!
I wore the dress to the wedding, and I received so many compliments! The dress is embroidered with sequins, which can cause irritation in the underarm area due to friction. If you plan to wear it for a long time, like I did, it's important to be aware of this. It’s not too bad, though; the irritation went away after just one day.

Avoid.Avoid...in case they get your order wrong! I had a horrible customer experience with Rare London sending me the incorrect clothing then having to send it back. I re-ordered what I wanted then to be told it's not available, although the item was available on the website. They said they couldn't refund me back to original payment method e.g. bank card, and offered a refund as a gift card instead. I then used their gift card and guess what? - The item was not available - AGAIN. They said they'll refund me on a gift card. I did not want a gift card any more. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. They had nothing of interest to me any longer. They refused to refund me on my bank card. Therefore, I have no choice but to lose £35 pounds to them. It would have been better if they refunded back on my card considering the terrible experience they had put me through. That was the very least that could do.
