Seemingly very bad at refunds
My first time ordering with this company and I admit to not reading the returns policy about paying for your own returns, but still that's fine. Item of clothing didn't fit so I returned it immediately on 1st May, I received an email from Rare (London) on the 3rd May to say they have received it. Its now the 10th of May & still no refund!
It's almost like they don't want to give you your money back!?
As a first time experience I can't see me using this company again

I order 2 coords, and a dress for next day delivery. 1 of the coord was not sent, I emailed RAVE and they sent out the next day.
the delivery charges are not the cheapest but hey ho... I would order from their site again.

Fantastic quality and lovely customer service!
I have ordered from Rare a few times and absolutely love the clothes and the quality is always so fantastic.
I had a minor issue with a recent purchase and the customer service team were fantastic. They got back to me so quickly and sorted is really quickly for me. Now everything is perfect and I can't wait to wear my new outfit!

Bought a dress from Rare, unfortunately the dress just did not suit my shape so I did return, however I never had any issues returning the item and my refund is on its way. Overall good service.. hasn’t put me off using the website again :)

For international returns it’s…
For international returns it’s impossible to return an order. The shipping costs are over $100 dollars. The website is very misleading in making an international customer perceive returns are easy. Awful. I feel completely scammed.
