5 stars, hands down. That should say enough but it doesn’t, Rarerootlabs has been great to work with, great availability, great selection, great pricing, great shipping! Am not disappointed what so ever…..the best part…FRANK!!!!!! Frank is the man!!!! He makes sure I know what’s coming up, whats on hand, potential risks and besides that his service is top notch! I will continue to order from these folks until they cut me off. Tc’s, plugs they have it all and in great shape!!!!

Best Tissue Culture and Plant Wholesaler! A+ support and Delivery

One of the best plant and tissue culture wholesalers in the US. We run a nursery and also an online store and get about 90% of our plants and tissue culture plants from Rare Root Labs for the last 8+ months and they deliver every time with amazing healthy plants! Had an issue with some TCs on a shipment UPS lost for 4 days in the heat and lost about 40% of that order and they replaced everything damaged with no questions asked! Amazing customer support from start to finish!

Being your main source for plants over the last 8+ months has been awesome, and we can’t thank you enough for sticking with us as your group has been a pleasure working with. And yes, don't remind me about UPS playing games with your box and having it travel to every other state but yours with the shipping heat was nightmare, but making sure you get whole, healthy stock without any hassle is just how we do things. We're always here to back you up when stuff like that happens when we can and I look forward to sending many more TCs and plants going your way!
