Superb customer service
Ordered vinyl , well thought I had however a CD rare arrived, I contacted their customer service and was quickly helped. Return no Hastle and processing
Refund as I write. Very personable and customer service who go the extra mile so to speak , I highly recommend this company for your vinyl or CD rare, used or new a company who can be trusted.
My only negative remark is… they use Royal Mail for deliveries which isn’t reliable, often don’t arrive when expected all kinds of reasons by Royal Mail given, like could not find address duh my home or at one on Road and a business that’s been here over 40 years ! They sat on my packages several days no contact just awful personally EVRI the most reliable. Hope they change couriers.
