My order seems to have gone astray in the mail and did not arrive. I reported it missing two and a half weeks after receiving the despatch notification and received a prompt reply apologising and offering a refund or replacement. I had managed to source the item elsewhere, so took the refund, which was processed quickly and with a further apology. I have used Rarewaves successfully in the past and whilst it was obviously frustrating, items can sometimes go missing in transit. I was happy with the customer service I received in terms of offering apologies and a resolution, so have given a neutral rating rather than a negative.

My shopping experiences with Rarewaves never change! That may sound boring, it's not.
It never changes due to the excellent customer service, very professional. A fantastic retail experience with a massive range and competitive prices!

Delivery to France is fine. Price of shipping is very reasonnable. Never had any problem with delivery (no package damaged, ...). I'm using your services each and every two months (roughly). Thanks and don't change !

Had an issue with an item arriving which was missing part of it's contents! It was a sealed item, so was a manufacturing issue rather than as issue with rarewaves themselves! Contacted rarewaves customer services and they were quick to respond and to send me a replacement! All sorted quickly! Very good customer service! Shop regularly with rarewaves and will continue to do so!

I was very impressed with customer service. They replied promptly to my query . My order came well wrapped. Unfortunately it took longer than I expected, due to the post, as they had shipped it .

I’m new to Ravewaves and surprised to find my favorite vinyl at reasonable price. I was concerned whether I’ll receive my purchase items. They respond to my queries quickly and delivered goods in good condition.

So far have received 2 items from them which have been swiftly delivered and at a great price.

Best value 4K discs and deals online. Shipping takes forever but as long as you know that and don’t need your discs anytime soon then it’s great

I actually like the company and your prices. My only complaint is that by breaking up (international) orders into their component parts, it can be well over a week between the first item arriving and the last one arriving. I understand breaking up larger orders into 2 or 3 packages to avoid customs fees or higher shipping fees, but I do not understand shipping each item completely separately.

Rarewaves delivers their stuff just fine but their shipment times are atrocious to mainland Europe. It takes weeks of waiting, like they're strapping these boxes to actual snails. HMV f.e. ships so much faster.

Selectively cancelled my order due to "website issues" with no explanation or response, while letting other people's exact same orders through

June 19 Update: it's now been 24 hours since Rarewaves support responded here, indicating they would respond to my multiple emails about cancelled order. So far no follow up from them

June 26 Update: another week has gone by, and crickets...no follow-up or further emails from Rarewaves support

I was a bit sceptical as Rarewaves was new for me. Though I gave it a try. Shipping was a bit long but that hasn't surprised me as it was from UK to EU.
Unfortunately local post office decided it needs to complete customs procedure. I had to pay taxes second time. However when I sent all necessary documents to rarewaves they were very helpful and resolved this in day or two. I will definitely buy more from them.
