I had previously been to this restaurant before and had a good experience and enjoyed the food however on returning I was charged service charge upfront which is optional based on the service you receive. I hadn’t yet received the service and so I do not see why I should be charged Something that is discretionary upfront when I haven’t received my service yet, nevertheless the waiter refused to serve me because I will not pay service charge upfront and so they missed out on a £30 order and a future customer terrible service.

Thought I'd put all you guys on a fantastic eating place called,"Cafe Rasa Malaysia" situated at Great Eastern Market,lower ground floor,Westfield shopping centre, in Stratford,if you visit Westfield, do yourself a favour and head there for a truly authentic taste of Malaysia. It isn't the first time I've paid a visit and I've never been let down. This time I tried the beef noodle soup and the beef just melted in my mouth,the broth that accompanied it was to die for.all the vegetables were fresh,(not frozen).The staff go out of there way to make it a very pleasurable eating experience, and you can actually have a good laugh with them,not a frown can be seen from any staff member. They don't serve alcohol, but don't worry there's a bar called Tapas East right next door and they allow you to buy a drink and take it to the restaurant to have with your meal. I could go on,but I won't, I'll let you enjoy a rememberable eating experience which I'm sure you'll have future visits,
