Great app, great support, please make a Zoho integration

The good: Their support is hands down one of the best supports I've ever received. The app is very intuitive. My team of 27 people got onboarded in minutes. I use it for automating lead follow-ups and lead qualification on WhatsApp and saved a lot of time.

The bad: Searching feature needs more work. It's not bad but it's not great either.
I wish they had a native integration with Zoho (I think they're working on it but at the time we started using it we had to use their API to create our own integration (powerful API btw).

Great tool!

Changed our sales and support massively

We used to use the WhatsApp business app before and every customer communication was scattered around the team. I didn't have an overview of my team's conversations because all the conversations were on each person's chat. It was very chaotic until we were introduced to Rasayel.
It was a game changer. I see every WhatsApp conversation of my team in one single view. The chatbot is very powerful and easy to use. We automate all of our repetitive customer communications like lead qualification, answering FAQs and the best part is their dedicated support. There's always someone in the team to help you until your problem is resolved.
