Avoid. Order not delivered. No response to messages
Rastah’s customer service is utterly appalling. I ordered on November 27th, and my order hasn’t been delivered yet. They’ve even lied to me, claiming it’s been shipped, but the tracking number doesn’t work. And to top it off, no one has bothered to reply to my messages. It’s unbelievable that a brand that charges so much provides such poor customer service.
Never ordering again
Absolutely ridiculous customer service for a so called premium brand, If you are going to charge so much please make sure the service actually matches the price you ask your customers to pay.
You should only stick to sending PR to celebrities.
Appalling customer service

My girlfriend ordered a size M jumper. It was too big and needed to be exchanged for a S. She contacted their business WhatsApp. They told her to email. She emailed and they didn’t reply.
They only allow 14 days to return/exchange. Since they haven’t replied she’s now stuck with a £90 jumper that was my birthday gift that is way too big for me.
Really can’t recommend Rastah after this. Waste of money with horrible customer service and bad purchase terms. 14 days for exchange/refund when they never reply??? SCAM.
