My wife and I are retired and live in Whitehorse, Yukon. We like to travel abroad every year or so and usually fly out of Vancouver. RatePunk gives us a real good synopsis of the best flight deals available to a great variety of destinations. We just returned from a trip to Vietnam and I already see some flights to Vietnam on RatePunk a lot less than what we paid. I look forward to using RatePunk for future bookings.

I like that Rate Punk does all the…
I like that Rate Punk does all the sorting and searching of prices. Without it, you are surely leaving $$$ on the table. They do send WAY too many emails and tend to nickel and dime you on adding "extras" to your membership. The dashboard is pretty good but you need to watch the filters. Sometimes the price seems amazing and you find out that is because there is a 17 hour layover somewhere.

Concerning Customer Service
Update, April 21st: I am happy to report that RatePunk did take my situation into account and offer me a full refund. Their latest response was written in a tone with much more care towards the customer. I can appreciate and say positively that we now have a finite, and fair resolution. While the scenario I went through wasn't easy, now, they promise a renewed commitment to customer service, a review of their terms, and using this feedback to grow. I believe that is important to their success, and am confident they will do so as a young company. In response to their reply here, they did indicate that all emails are handled by real agents, however, the first email I received had the following statement at the bottom, "The response your received was generated by an AI system. If you still need help or prefer to talk in person, let us know and we'll arrange it," I don't believe that this is true.
I have found their customer service to be horrific. First, I emailed them to cancel something, and despite being only 11 minutes over the renewal, they refused to refund anything over 50%. Second, their first response after I emailed them was A.I. generated. Third, they first said someone would be in touch within 24 hours, however, it was long than that. Fourth, they refuse to take phone calls or have direct customer communication. Fifth, their terms and conditions indicated that there are "no refunds," followed immediately by the phrase, "if a refund is approved," meaning there is absolutely refunds. I didn't use their service for 3 months, and was chargedd $47.99 for 3 months, additionally, and within minutes, I cancelled that and asked for a refund, and was met with an offer of 25% and then 50% when I escalated it. This was after the 2nd email I received was from a person, who, verbatim copied the A.I. generated email almost immediately. I am disgusted by how impersonal they are, and after sharing some circumstances, they refuse to budge. I also am shocked they consistently avoid directly speaking with you.

Outside of this period, refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed individually depending on timing, usage, and billing status. In some cases, partial refunds may be offered as a goodwill resolution, depending on the circumstances.
We understand your concerns about support communication. We do not offer phone support, but our customer support team is available via email, and all requests are handled by real agents. In some cases, responses may use templates to ensure consistency, but every case is reviewed individually by our team.
