FRAUD

FRAUD! Don't use RateYourSeats to purchase tickets! I purchased tickets last night to a concert using this company (in hopes to surprise my wife since she likes that particular singer); It sent me a link via text to my phone. When I hit the link it sends you to SeatGeek.com to get your tickets. Then it asked me to sign-in or register with SeatGeek; So I did and it let me in, but then and it came back stating, "This Transfer was declined." What the heck? So, I downloaded the SeatGeek App, and logged-in that way. The app showed me I have two tickets to accept, so I did, and it stated, "Failed to Accept Tickets." I tried using the PC to log-in to SeatGeek.com instead of the phone, but that stated, "Cannot accept transfer, please verify your account to accept this ticket." I did that and logged in multiple times, and it let me in each time, but to no avail. I then called the help line (866) 270-7569, but, as you know, someone from another planet answers the call and does their very best to go round in circles to tire you into frustration. Bottom line the individual with the heavy accent stated he could not help and could not refund my money; Go figure! I had to call the credit card company to report this potential fraud and dispute and this ordeal. All these "ticket RESALE" companies are bogus. There should be a law against this these types of BS transactions.

Suckered!!!!

Okay, so I thought I had ordered the tickets but then instead of getting a payment confirmation screen, I received a screen saying that my tickets were gone… had been sold! But I’m still charged for them!!!! I didn’t take out the insurance… didn’t think I needed to (not traveling in for the game, feel amazing, could walk to the game if I really needed to… so, really no reason to have to cancel). But that shouldn’t mean that my tickets that I just paid for should STILL be up for sale!!!!! I’ve been suckered here! First and LAST time using this site!!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮

I thought I was buying tickets directly…

I thought I was buying tickets directly from Live Nation as part of the presale for James Taylor in Boston on 9/9. When I realized it was not and I read the fine print that the tickets wouldn't be available until Sept 9 and that my seats my change, I was furious. I want a refund.

Additionally, the expected in-hand date for your order is a set date that the seller is required to transfer your tickets by, however, the vast majority of our customers receive their tickets well before that date. Finally, since the seats you purchased are zone seats, the seller is required to deliver tickets in or near the section you chose. I have no idea nor could I find anywhere to request my actual 4 seats. It seems I am at the seller's discretion. Is there any way to request particular seats from the 12 reported top be available in my seating area?

Ordered 4 seats to Circus at Wells…

Ordered 4 seats to Circus at Wells Fargo Center in Phila at 2X Face Value of tickets. Never received email link despite numerous texts exchanged on their CHAT LINE. Told it was a “System Error” and I should shortly receive the ticket Bar Codes by email. Never did!

Kids missed first 1/2Hr of show and I had to purchase tickets at Box Office
Totally ruined our day and children were crying
Reporting this to Attorney General if not resolved in next 48 hours as I’m an Attorney
