Extremely happy with the experience and the watch
I have a small watch collection going, and my new Ratio FreeDiver Sapphire Stainless Steel Blue Dial Automatic watch is my new favourite. It’s simple and elegant. I love it. The power reserve is excellent.
Also, I initially had to contact your support team to amend my order. They were very helpful and provided a resolution within one day. Delivery was quick and arrived on time. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the experience and the watch.

You won't be disappointed
Make informed choices and you won't be disappointed. I had a look at these watches on amazon but decided to purchase direct from the manufacturer. I bought an automatic 200m freediver and could not be happier. It arrived quickly and I made sure that the value of the watch was less than £135 as this is when we pay import duty in the UK and the manufacturers are in no way responsible for this. After weeks of use, the watch is running at a brilliant +15-20 seconds per day and has not ran out of power since i initially hand wound it after it arrived over a week ago. The bezel lines up perfectly with the dial and the crystal and bracelet are very nice for the money. If you want a nice watch for a small price that punches above it's weight, a watch that has a style all of its own even with the obvious inspirations then you wont regret picking up a Ratio.

Hidden customs fees
I recently ordered a FreeDiver direct from Ratio. Order was accepted - no problem ( email received from Ratio ), order was despatched quickly with tracking - no problem ( email recived from Ratio ).
A few days later, courier confirms receipt of item and delivery date - no problem ( email from courier )
Now the issue starts. I received in this order a telephone message, a text message, an email and a WhatsApp message all from the courier informing me that an extra 25% was payable for customs fees, repeated the next day due to my ignoring the messages as I believed they might be a scam.
I was never informed by Ratio that additional costs would be incurred, I was only made aware that the item was being shipped from Singapore after purchase was made. I cannot understand why the courier is chasing me for payment of customs charges yet Ratio have never said a word to me about it, either before or after purchase. The good value deal is no longer as good, once these fees are added. I have not paid the fees and expect the item to be returned at some stage.

Punches above its weight class!!
Great alternative to divers of same budget and competes directly with seiko SRPDs and even excells in few departments.
Very clean dial, good case finishing ,reliable seiko movement but way better bracelet than seiko with plenty of microadjust.
And also seamless shipping and delivery.

I ordered a Freediver 200m orange watch He arrived in the Netherlands in three days The packaging delighted me, even some companies several times more expensive than Ratia do not have such beautiful and high-quality watch boxes. Ratio ladies diver for a small wrist
I bought an automatic Ratio ladies dive watch as I'd been on the lookout for something similar to my vintage Seiko. I have small wrists and most modern automatic dive watches are way too big for me. The 35mm Ratio was a good size - only 2mm bigger than my old Seiko.
The Ratio holds up well in comparison to the Seiko and Citizen dive watches I own ...but then I understand the workings are Seiko.
The green face is less vivid than the pictures suggest, more pastel, but colours are often a problem when viewing online.
It looks good and I had no trouble resizing the band.
I had wanted to be able to swap out the metal for a coloured rubber band, but it doesn't look like that's an option. However, the metal strap is actually very nice.
Overall it is an amazing watch for the price and if I get fed up with green I can order another colour.
I did not order direct from Ratio, so I cannot comment on their delivery or customer service.
Please make some other ladies watches Ratio. There are lots of female watch fans out there and not all of us have big enough wrists to wear a man's watch.

Ratio FreeDiver Sapphire Stainless Steel Orange Dial Automatic RTF045 200M Men's Watch.
The watch arrived in only four days in bulletproof packaging on a SATURDAY (highly unusual for Australia!) and it was also running 🙂.
These watches are insane value for money. I don’t know how they do it! To get a similarly specc’d Seiko, for example, I’d need to spend 4 or 5 times what I paid for this one. And the band is of much better quality than on my Invicta 8926OB diver - it barely rattles at all.
Finally, right now it’s only gaining 2 - 3 seconds a day which is another bonus.
I already have my eyes on a couple of their other watches so as funds permit….I'll be back!

The watch I bought (the FreeDiver GMT) is a great quality piece for the price. I really couldn't complain about anything here - the design is very nice, it has good specs, and the overall quality is good at this price point.
Also, the delivery was ultra fast - the watch arrived from Singapore to Poland in just 4 business days, which is much faster than I expected. I'm very happy with the product and the delivery time. :)
