This probably the worst site ever

This probably the worst site ever. I ordered a Raveg Dyadioum, it would be sent within 3 - 5 working days, it took a month. sent many mails but they had an excuse everytime. Eventually it arrived but the brushes are for long hair only, that was not mentioned at the site. Requested a return procedure, eventually after about 10 emails and 10 whatsapps they promised to send a return procedure. They came with proposals to offer 10% then 20% then 30% discount. even then it took 3 weeks. After having returned the product it took another 2 weeks before getting a refund.
So my advice is do not buy anything from them.
