Ordered 2 items about 4 months ago, still have yet to receive anything. Any email I get is complete garbage just saying they will try and do something but never actually do. Definitely the worst company you ever saw. Honestly don't know how things like this are allowed to operate.

Waiting 3 months for my package now. Now their support email bounce back. Their service is pathetic to say the least!!!

don't order unless you can wait for months to receive anything.
product is fine, but 2 months for a couple t shirts.. ridiculous.

I ordered some pasties and a couple other small items. Never recieved them, and I went to open the tracking link in my email. It said that the shop was not valid.
I assume they closed due to the fact that they are incapable of fulfilling orders. Very disappointed as it’s hard to find cute rave gear in my area. Plus I’m out a couple bucks, so that sucks.

3 packages took long to get to me and didn't arrive at the same day but I am very happy with the product

My first order from ravers was great I ordered two large hoodies. Then I made like four separate other orders. I ordered Two XL hoodies. The large fit great but just wanted a little more room. Plus I ordered a hooded tee XL and sweater. All hoodies are way to small they said they don’t exchange and it is my fault I ordered wrong size. I even sent them a pic of the large one compared to the one that was supposed to be XL and you can tell it is a small plus the hoodie ripped in the pocket. They had the nerve to tell me that they have never had a complaint from other buyers. After many emails they resent one hoodie and it is still not an XL!!!! Plus the hooded tee never came it should of come with the sweater but a hoodie was with it not the tee. They all but called me a liar but they eventually resent it. I ordered it in November and got it in February. And that was not the right size. I just gave up. So I have two hoodies a sweater and a hooded tee I paid a lot of money for and my son can’t wear. I wasted a lot of money they don’t care and will not help you. I will never order from them again. I suggest you don’t either. They make and send from China so that tells you something. DO NOT ORDER FROM RAVERZ!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a hoodie and a couple of socks for my girlfriend for Christmas. Still waiting on the packages. From what I heard I shouldn't be too excited to receive them. Don't buy from raverz

I ordered a small shirt and was sent a large. The company then told me there are no refunds or exchanges, even though they were at fault. Shipping also took waaay too long. Don't even bother trying to order from this website!!

even tough their web site is unavailable, i've received my order in time. was unable to track my package.

My girlfriend ordered me a sweatshirt off this website for my birthday in a few days. She ordered it almost 2 months ago. We received a package shipped notification and then no further contact with customer support was reached. Very upset that I am not able to get a present but also that my girlfriend spent the only money she had to get it for me and never received a gift. Absolutely terrible.

Order two time wrong sizes won’t take them back won’t order from there again

Ordered 3 jumpers and and a couple of t-shirts. Delivery took about 3-4 weeks as described on the site. Excellent quality product, will definitely be ordering again.

Slow delivery, item poor quality, requested a refund and sent photos of advertised item and actual delivered item, they said they could not see any difference and as all their other customers had not complained they would not accept return or issue refund, I have sent 8 emails including one reminding them that under internet sales law I am entitled to a refund if i complain within 14 days which I did, they basically said thats not our policy hard luck no refund. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE would advise no one buys from them !

Had a great experience with this company! My son’s hoodie got stole in the Christmas porch thefts local police done nothing. I emailed about trying to repurchase at the discount price I paid as they was not to blame for my not receiving it, yet hoping they would understand and allow the discount they refused me paying the discount price and offered free replacement! My son now has his hoodie and we can not be more pleased with the prompt customer service and solution they offered nice to know their is still companies like this!

This company sold me goods with misleading advertisment. Then refused to return goods and refund. The goods arrived NOT as described in the advertsiing and they failed to answer questions when challenged.

Be warned - do not buy goods from this company!

I got my items in time and i recieved alot of problem when they update the item tracking system, their email system is bad but that is okay. To everyone that says their tracking system is bad, use aftership, its a 3rd party tracking system that update you as soon information is updated

I Ordered some Things to Germany, it took about one month for the most of them to arrive. The prints are so undefined (in the pictures they look quite sharp) and the worst thing - some pieces are cut really small, others just came in another size than ordered...
Don't buy anything there!

Hmm, well I posted a review of my items on YouTube. I see no links are permitted in reviews. The title is "Hooked by an Instagram ad. RaverZ haul review" and my username is Sherrelle Bellah, if you feel so inclined to look it up on YouTube.
I don't have any problems with the products, per se. I have found out that raverz.net has been taken offline apparently due to copyright infringement issues. I'm not sure of the specifics but I wonder if this company ripped off a bunch of images for their fabrics. I don't know. I still enjoy the vibrant prints and the fabrics are holding up fine so far.

Wow, I'm surprised by a bunch of the reviews since I came here the first time.

I placed my order on December 8th after I read the first couple of reviews. I'm quite familiar with ordering products online coming from China so I was in no hurry. There was no offer of guaranteed delivery by Christmas at the time of my order. I knew it would take at least a month to get here. I was also aware that they had to make each item individually.

I'm quite pleased with my order for the most part but this is also based on what I paid with discount codes. I wouldn't have bought anything at the regular retail costs.

I received regular emails from them updating me on when items were being shipped. I expected them to come in more than one shipment because they stress in their initial confirmation email that "Please keep in mind that all our products are brand new and manufactured when ordered. The crafting period can take up to 14 days which involves printing, cutting, sewing, and shipping the product out." So I was fine with it. I received emails when they were initially shipped and then again the morning they went out for delivery, once they'd come through customs. They always arrived the day of the email.

I agree with the one lady about the white threads on the edges of the tapestries and nothing to hang them from. The quality of the material could have been nicer. It resembles flag or tent material.

I've got no real problem with the clothing. I might have if I had paid full price. I would have expected the hoodie material to be good sweatshirt material with the soft inner lining instead of the polyester/spandex used. The leggings are good for the sale price. It's not the cheap thin material that you can sometimes get.

All in all, I'm not dissatisfied. I hope RaverZ can help make amends with the other people who did encounter so many difficulties.
