Ordered a package of 3 powders with 2 different flavours. The box arrived with all 3 powders in the one flavour, despite someone manually ticking the invoice sheet off on my original order. Their fix? To make me fill in a form and e-mail it back, then rearrange my work diary so that I can hang at home all day for a courier to collect the wrongly delivered items and deliver what I originally ordered 2 weeks after I placed my order.

Service is excellent. I would highly recommend all their products, healthy ingredients, no artificial sugars, and the taste is great no matter what flavour you choose. Definitely gained a life long customer.

Good product.

The taste is great, and it fills me for a total of 5 hours. Best of all no bloating or irritation.

It packaging broke when I opened it so I can’t zip it shut. Secondly there is no scoop inside the the protein.

This is the second time I’ve received suboptimal quality.

Comes in the masculine version only- noting the packaging doesn’t seal well and both times has lacked the measure spoon. Utterly disappointed with the drop in standard for a premium-priced protein.
You can do better!
This is unacceptable.

Courier delivery took 4 attempts which took 5 days to deliver.
The packaging tore open making it very difficult to reseal.
Disappointed.

I've ordered their pre workout and recovery shake. It's good knowing that you are making the healthier choice when it comes to supplements. I've used the recovery shake in smoothies and drink the pre-workout with water. Nice product and smooth delivery.
