Hidden fee's
Bid on car ,expected auction fees and yard fee £ + vat. . But when I went to pay for vehicle there was an additional £60 that i was not told about !!! I've found out what the extra £60 was for , because I payed for the car and wanted to pick it up same day I got fined .

Bought a vehicle came better than described and the same day collection was smooth.
Bidded on a vehicle that was an Ireland by accident and they wavered the re listing fee.
Will be back again more cars in the near future.

Sold a stolen vehicle
I have purchased 10's of motorcycles from raw2k and on the whole the experience has been ok, This was until my most recent purchase, I won the auction for an off road bike, paid over £1000 including fees and it turned out I'd been sold a stolen vehicle.
Two days after collecting the bike, the police took it away, all emails sent to raw2k regarding this were ignored.
No bike and £1000 out of pocket aswell as the embarrassment caused by having the Police at my house for 3hrs on a Sunday afternoon.
This matter is now in the hands of a Solicitor.
Beware!!!

Positive experience
My experience at the company is positive. They try to give a good description of the items. The charges are reasonable and transparent. Staff respond to queries promptly. I would like to patronise again.
What could help more is to have a phone line so that calls can be made, especially for urgent inquiries.
