Ordered 2 weeks ago, no confirmation, no product....sent 4 emails and no reply....even messaged on your ebay site and was told to message on website WELL I DID 4 TIMES.....take my money and seen no product , no order number NOTHING......atleaat have the damn courtesy to respond USELESS CONTACT US ....
Initially I ordered from this company because they were the only Australian company offering a spiced pumpkin scented soy wax melt. I also ordered another fragrance too. I was impressed with the communication, delivery & extremely happy with the products. I will definitely continue purchasing from Raw Beauty Box.
I sent a message to customers service to tell them the electric wax melt blow up with a bang and blow the safety switches in the house, it never worked, after 2 weeks still no response, waste of $27
