I placed an order but received the wrong card. No response from the company to any of my emails in effort to correct their mistake. Will not use again.

Card never arrived, emails ignored

DON'T USE THEM!!! ITS A SCAM! PAID MONEY FOR TWO CARDS AND AS ALL OTHER REVIEWS (WISH I'D READ BEFORE) NOT ARRIVED. ALL EMAILS IGNORED. TRADING STANDARDS NEXT!!!!

Ordered a card nearly two months ago and never received it. Followed up with their customer service many times, then asked for a refund, but all emails were ignored. Still haven’t received the card or a refund.

Definitely don’t use this company!!

I ordered an anniversary card 1 week in advance, it has now been 3 weeks and no sign of the card. I have emailed for a refund and heard nothing back

DON'T USE THIS..... TAKEN MONEY FROM ME BUT NO CARD AND AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS, NO RESPONSE.

I ordered a card from raw which I never received also e mailed them on several occasions to which I got no reply.
OK the card was only £2.50 plus postage but it's not the point I won't be recommending them to anyone.

Paid £3.74 for a card, just checked online & the company has been dissolved. Yet they're still taking peoples money!!!

Terrible company, placed an order and two weeks later it still hasn't been sent. I have sent several emails but none have been answered. I very much doubt I'll get my money back!

Don't waste your money. I ordered a card 7 days ago and it still hasn't arrived

I placed an order for a birthday card and never received it. Numerous emails have been sent to their 'Sales' team email address with never a response! Shoddy way to run a company! Avoid at all costs!

Happily I received my order, but card wasn't in the best condition like it's been wrinkled and used and the personalised message that's meant to be there, well wasn't the inside all blank. Thank you for my first and last ever purchase.

Never received my order.... ignorant, opened case with PayPal and claimed my money back via them.... avoid raw cards they are SӴ#%

Still not received my order its been over 2 weeks, they dont repond to emails and they dont have a contact number, avoid avoid avoid!!!

Bought a card online late October. Still hasn't been dispatched, and no response from follow up email to cancel order. There are 100s of more established sites that do what Rawcards (poorcards?) do, so best avoided.
