Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Ordered a lightweight jacket for the summer and was really pleased with my purchase. Great quality jacket from Enzo and the price was amazing. Delivery was fantastic, didn't pay for next day delivery but was deliveted next day.

Disappointed, avoid!
Disappointed. Knowingly or unknowingly this company is selling counterfeit items. I ordered what was listed as a genuine Lacoste item, but received a clear fake. The material feels cheap, the logo looks incorrect, and the overall quality does not match the real brand at all. I requested a refund, but customer service has been completely unhelpful. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere.

Ordered two Lacoste polos (I have about 30 already) and they were an xl (6) like all of mine and these did not fit. I also checked the crocodile badge on one and it was fake. The other looked real but again was a weird fit so probably fake.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered clothes, never received them, and the company has provided absolutely no proof of delivery. Now they are forcing me to wait 30 days for an 'investigation' just to get a refund. Terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability. Avoid this shop!"

Not great this time
Have shopped with them a number of times before - but not great this time to be honest. Ordered 3 items, 2 of the items which arrived were completely wrong. Have had all the faff of dealing with Customer Services, repacking products, taking them to the post office, etc. As things stand I'm still out of pocket, with no trousers - I've been promised a refund, but even then I'll be out of pocket on the postage as I'm going to have to buy them again.
