We actually offer free shipping, which is a nice perk! If you had concerns then why not email us or message us on any of the social media platforms, before leaving negative reviews. Flier was enclosed in your order.
Regarding order numbers, you will have received an email when you placed your order stating it. Mailing bags are not supplied as we like to keep plastic to a minimum & do our bit for the environment.
If you do wish to return the items please follow our instructions on our website, which clearly state that all returns are at the expense of the buyer. I’ve copied a link below.😊

The company is amazing. They are all very welcoming. The stock they have is amazing quality.
