I've regularly bought from this company for years. They stock a hugh range of manufacturers, different proteins and give a comprehensive list of ingredients, essential for dogs that react to a particular protein. Delivery at reasonable cost or free for local area subject to minimum purchase. I've always found them helpful when I've contacted them with a problem or query.

They have great food and different options that you can pick from but their overall customer service needs A LOT of work.

On their site you have to pay a shipping fee (which is not an issue) but further down in the order checkout they make you tick a box which says you must accept that 'they will not take any responsibility for late delivery or the food going bad' which is a complete joke.

What is the point of paying a premium price for the delivery if (1) it's not even guaranteed to arrive the next day (which they make you tick another box for) and (2) it might get delayed and the food may unfreeze and go bad which they won't compensate you for or even take some sort of responsibility even though they choose who they ship their products with...

Again, great quality food so I can't knock them for that. But if any issues come up or you have any problems with either the delivery or the food - they won't help you at all. They really only care about their pockets being filled up and don't care very much about your satisfaction as a customer.

My overall recommendation would be to have a list of other good suppliers (who actually help with any issues).

Excellent quality of foods and arrives very quickly. Easy app to allocate the correct pet type, for me it’s ferrets. Shows all that are suitable. 1 improvement would be to expand the reptile selection.
