Most likely a scam/scammer. Ordered raw royal jelly on 01/09/26. And never received the product. I emailed them inquiring about where my order is(the correct email & all) and got some automatic reply emails basically saying "delivery failed to these recipients or groups". Just did a claim with my bank account. Very unfortunate as this was a brand advertised by instagram/a popular instagram page
SCAMMERS!! Charged my card for over $400 and tried to do it a third time before I shut it down. MONTHS I waited for product or refund, and I instructed cancelation of subscription since they claim you can do it yourself but that's a lie. No response to any communication by email, messenger, website, anything. TOTAL FRAUDSTER still very active advertising on social media
This is SCAM. If you signed up for a subscription there is no way to cancel it. They will keep charging your card and they have ZERO customer service. Their customer service email is a dead email and they do not respond to anything on social media. I am having to deal with this through my back to stop the purchases. If I could get this company a -100, I would. Disgusting.
