I’m really glad I went with Raymond in the end. He was super helpful in answering any questions or concerns i had as a novice on diamonds. Made the entire process a breeze from start to finish and I found myself enjoying it too. The diamond he helped me pick out is absolutely stunning and my missus was thrilled with how the ring turned out.

Raymond, Where do I even begin… First of all, thank you for your patience, incredible knowledge, reassurance and the amazing energy you brought to both myself and James throughout this process. There are a lot of emotions around engagements and especially with both of my parents passing & not around to watch these special moments I was certainly feeling overwhelmed.
After James proposed on Valentines Day with my mother’s ring.. my “one day” wish, my next thought to myself was would I want to add any parts of mums ring and design with a new one or even just down size her ring to fit my smaller finger!

This is where James and I were highly recommended to chat with Raymond and I’m so glad I quizzed his expertise.
I want to thank you for your guidance on Mums ring, it didn’t feel 100% right touching this beloved ring but I wanted to discuss options. Raymond really educated me on the quality of diamonds over time and pros & cons of re using the diamond with the design I had mentioned I may want.. which leaves me relieved I decided to leave my mums beautiful ring special and untouched, this was absolutely the right decision leaving it how it was last with herself and a keep sake I want to hold on to forever.

That being said it meant I also got to enjoy going over my Pinterest dream rings and trust you to add your sparkle and creativity - best decision!
James then re-proposed this Saturday with my new ring.
Raymond delivered an internally flawless oval diamond with smaller diamonds all the way around.
Raymond and my Fiancé also surprised me with engraving the proposal date on the inside of the band - WOW!

You truly turned my idea into reality and not only that, you exceeded every expectation. I am totally in love… it fits perfect, shines, the diamond & band size suits my finger so well, attention to detail.. I could go on!!!

After nine incredible years together, I proposed to my now fiancée in a way that truly reflects me go big or go home. On Valentine’s Day (14/02/26), in the city of love, Paris, beneath the Eiffel Tower, I proposed using her late mother’s wedding ring, a deeply sentimental and meaningful choice. Thankfully, she said yes.

Following that unforgettable moment, I had savings set aside for a new ring something truly special that Georgia could help design herself. We wanted a fully bespoke piece, created from the ground up and inspired entirely by her imagination.

Raymond was recommended to me by someone I consider a sister a person I trust with my life. From our very first phone call, my fiancée and I knew we were in exceptional hands. Raymond guided us through every detail with care and precision, involving us in each step so we knew exactly what to expect as the ring came to life.

He made us feel genuinely valued throughout the entire process. His honesty, integrity, and value for money are second to none. The final piece is nothing short of a masterpiece a ring that will remain in our family for generations to come.

Buying an engagement ring was one of the most stressful things I’ve done in my life but had to be done.

Was looking online and didn’t understand what I was purchasing, went to multiple shops in high street that don’t help and the worst experience was shopping in Hatton gardens.

So I found Ray on instagram. We spoke for ages it’s was like a me doing a course on diamonds and I passed.

His quality and prices were the best. The ring took 3 weeks and I had to sign off each stage of the ring being made.

After months of searching on instagram of which jeweller to use I came across Raymond Adams Collection.

The unique design of his rings grabbed my attention. After sending Ray countless messages I put out to ease.

He is extremely patient, passionate and educated in diamonds I was sold to use his services.

I gave him multiple images of rings I liked and what he did is advise me what’s good to use and what’s not.

So he created an image of a ring that was in the back of my mind.

The diamonds he showed me were stunning and he worked with my budget which was what I wanted.
