Excellent, trustworthy company

Excellent company, completely trustworthy, quick delivery and great products (I’ve ordered several of their silver gloves over the years, both for myself and a gift for family).

Charged to return faulty item

I ordered expensive electric heated gloves. They didn’t charge after 18 hours (light still red). Still trued to turn them on but didn’t work.
I got a refund but I had to pay return postage for a faulty item.

We are sorry for the frustration you experienced with your heated gloves, but we would like to clarify the results of the technical inspection conducted by our team.

Upon receiving the gloves, and as advised in our correspondence with you, it was found that the internal batteries had not been connected to the red charging cables located inside the integrated pockets. Because the batteries were not plugged in, the power could not reach the cells, which is why the light remained red. Once our team connected the cables, the gloves charged and functioned perfectly with no manufacturing fault found.

As per our terms and conditions, if an item is not deemed faulty upon inspection, the cost of the provided free-return label is brought into account. Since the gloves were in full working order, this fee was deducted from your refund.

We appreciate your understanding and are glad we could process the reimbursement for the items promptly.

Poor delivery poor product

Poor delivery. Did not meet expectation delivery time . Product is not as expected. Very expensive for what it is. The gloves are uncomfortable to wear and cause itchy skin. Not helping my Raynaurds. Dissapointed.

Socks and gloves bought as repeat…

Socks and gloves bought as repeat essentials to staying warm. Used as insulating layers next to the skin, with a second pair of gloves or socks to retain the heat. Excellent value. Highly recommend

The gloves arrived about 1 1/2 weeks late, despite chasing.
The gloves are no warmer than a £10 silk pair I already own.

Regarding the performance of the gloves, please note that while they are lightweight like silk liners, they function quite differently. Our Silver Gloves utilize 8% silver fibre to actively reflect body heat back into the hands, which is a technical approach to heat retention rather than relying on material thickness alone.

The website wasn't very clear with the product descriptions. I spent £30 on gloves which turned out to be very thin, not at all what I expected as I needed proper winter gloves.
