Ordered these knives as a gift. Received my order very quickly! They look great im very impressed with the quality. The handles are solid and sturdy. Cuts smoothly and cleanly. Well made knives at a very affordable price.
Ordered two sets of knives
Ordered two sets of knives, the delivery took around 2 weeks but when they arrived I was blown away with the design of the Wasabi series, highly recommend
Bought some knives a year ago
Bought some knives a year ago. A set and two extra knives. As it didn't tell you what came in the set abs I wanted to take advantage of the sale one of the knives I bought was a duplicate and cost around £50. I sent it back and got proof of postage. After contacting many times and met with the same response it will take time basically I never got my refund. I wouldn't buy from this company because of the knives aren't for you then you'll never get a refund.

Wasabi 8 piece
Just got my Wasabi 8 piece today, only two days from the estimated date. When I questioned what stage the knives were in with support I got a prompt response with an Evri tracking number within 2 hours.
The abalone handles of the Wasabi series are paler than they are shown on the website but they catch the sunlight nice.
There was also a really small speck of rust on one of the knives but that was easily removed with a wash and some oil.
Build quality seems decent, nice balance, comfortable grip and they're Razar sharp.
Not even worth 1 star. Awful awful company
Not even worth a star. No order recieved by this company. Still awaiting for it to be delivered. Emailed this company 5 times and no reponse!!! £120 down. Absolute scam of a company! Having to argue it with Klarna as they said they delivered it outside my house!

Do not order from these people
Emailed 3 times and phoned 3 times, ordered the family set of steak knives which was 4, along with a metal knife block for the set I previously ordered. Only received one steak knife, spoke to somebody the first 2 calls and they basically said it’s a shipping department error and he’ll query and get back to me. Tried to email back and my email was blocked for spam and tried calling again only to get the answer machine. Do not order from these people.

As you can see, Razar have replied to this review claiming they want to solve this, I have had multiple emails with the company sense and nobody has done anything, still no word of my knife set. Also, the person who replied didn’t even bother to edit the copy and paste reply he’s used below. Bunch of scum scammers.

Beautiful, but need better quality or warranty
I’ve had these knives for just over two years now. They’re beautiful knives and I have them displayed on a knife magnet on the wall of my kitchen. However, the resin handles on two of my knives have broken from regular use. The second largest knife (the one I used the most) is gone; its handle broke beyond repair over a year ago as I was chopping carrots. The second knife’s handle cracked while I was carving a turkey. I wrote to Razar about this and they said there’s no warranty on their products. Also, the serrated bread knife is unusable. It’s either only sharpened on one side or is for left-handed people (not sure)…whenever I use it, the sharpened side is on the opposite side of the food, so the knife just slides off at a weird angle. I emailed the company about this twice and never got a response. I’ve owned several knife sets over the years and have never experienced this before.
I’m writing this now as I’m looking for a new, higher-quality knife set and just came across another Razar set.

Terrible Service
Placed my order back on the 13th August. Received my order 5 weeks later, which going by their own delivery timetable on their website is 3 weeks late. I had to chase them over and over again just to get the tracking number and any update on my order as the app they tell you to use to track orders was showing no updates. Finally received knives but they were not the ones I ordered. Their so called "Support" told me they would look into getting the correct knives sent out to me and look into compensating me for the trouble, but have ghosted me ever since. Last I heard from them was 1 month ago (Mid Sep) and they have not responded to me since.
To Confirm.
I have NOT received the correct knives and have NOT received any compensation.
Other than the reply I have received through this review, I've heard nothing from their support team.

SCAMMERS...Trading standards must shut this down...still not recived my items. Ita been 7weeks now. Royal mail has reported them missing...they refuse to give me refund, because apparently they can only give refunds if i send knives back.....And there is the scam if they don't send out item how possibley can you send back...im a disabled lady and had to save to get these knives for a birthday present im now i was embarrassed that i had no present and couldnt afford another....£156 this company took me for

I ordered knives on 5th October for my partners birthday gift on 20th October. I emailed company twice for the updates on delivery but have not received a response. I rang them up but the phone is not in use at this moment in time which I found very very unusual.

Ordered a platinum set of Knives on the 12th of September and paid for express delivery for my brothers birthday on the 29th, have called and left answerphone message numerous times as no one answers the phone! Have also emailed multiple times and have not had a single response from anyone at this company! Should have read all of the bad reviews and not purchased! Be warned, stay away from this company!!!!!

Do not purchase from this company. It’s been over a month and I haven’t received my knives. They claim that the delivery was attempted, but I wasn’t home to sign for it. After several e-mails to support, they finally gave me a tracking number, but it’s a China Post tracking number. They keep trying to direct me to DHL who apparently has my package, but they can’t give me a DHL tracking number and obviously, the China Post tracking number isn’t in their system. I’ve asked for a refund and they responded that I can’t get a refund unless I return the knives that they couldn’t send to me, or give me a location of where they are.

Unbelievably Awful
This is one of the "if i could put 0 stars, i would" moment as they have been absolutely terrible.
I ordered a set of knives on the 10th September, decided against it and requested a refund.
11th September I was notified it was not a problem and a refund would be processed.
I chased on the 14th and 16th to find that they didn't process the refund and that it is already being shipped. I was told I'd have to accept the parcel and send back at my own expense due to their error.
I've continually chased over the past week to find that they won't process the refund because they can't physically ship the knives due to an admin error. To point out, I still do not want these knives.
After the constant back and forth arguing with their third party customer service, im still £300 down with no real confirmation of what is really going on.
Very dodgy company and I would refrain from buying from them!
Great set of knives but very slow delivery.
Delivery time very poor took 4 weeks for the knifes to actually come, but after receiving them I am super happy with the actual set.
