Slow shipping, items not as shown!

Purchased a Halloween mask and hat on October 9th with delivery of 5 to 10 business days. Items showed up 16 business days later on November 2nd. On top of that items were not as described or as pictured on their website. Halloween mask wasn't close to the amount of detail or color as shown and same goes for farmers hat. Very disappointed with purchase and will not do business with again. Plus the exact same items were $30 more on Razful.
