Customer Service, Bad. CEO, Good. Product, OK.
After I posted the review at the bottom, I actually got a response from the company, in the form of the CEO reaching out and trying to explain that my emails got accidentally filtered out (all of a sudden, after a back and forth). He was very apologetic and professional, regarding the mix up. Offered to send me the (already promised) lock, and a discount for any future purchases. He ensured that I did in fact get the lock, along with a lights set, and pump. Which is appreciated.
I will change my rating from 1 star, to 2, for the simple fact that once the CEO got involved, progress happened swiftly and I got what was originally promised.
However, personally, the damage is done and I will not buy from there again. I do think it’s very sad that customer service could act that way and it needed a public review and action from CEO to rectify a simple situation.
Where’s the review on the actual product you may ask? Well ok here it is. It was simple enough to put together, maybe more difficult if you’ve never put a bike together before. It ran smoothly for about a week and then things started to go a little funky. Instead of playing around with things myself, I just paid someone to check it over. The gears needed a little fine tuning and suspension adjusted. Running well now, and my son loves his new found fast freedom.
Why didn’t I contact them about the bike not running correctly.. because I couldn’t get them to respond in the first place about a missing product.

Terrible service.
Ordered a bike, got put on back order. They offered a new lock as an apology. I accepted.
Bike arrived with no lock. They have since ghosted me, I have messaged multiple times to no response.
Will never buy a bike from them again. Sad thing was this was the test buy, because the whole family needs new bikes and I didn’t know this company. Lost business because they are dodgy.

Dodgy company, stay away from them and give your money to people who actually care about their customers instead of ripping them off.
