I purchased a skirt, dress and top all looked lovely in the online photos. I ordered for my holiday and they arrived the day before I was due to travel. When I opened the package the top had the collar sewn on the wrong way around and was totally unwearable. The skirt and dress were both significantly different size than stated on the product information and very poor quality also unwearable.
Website stated for a refund the items had to be returned within 14 days, I sent an email (as no phone contact) to get the address to return however no reply. There was a return address on the parcel so knowing I was out of country for next two weeks wanted to return asap to be eligible for a refund.
Sent second email to say I had returned by next day signed for but the said that was distribution department if I needed a refund I would need to return to China and pay postage.
After several more emails I was given a 25% refund or £12 meaning I had lost £40 on the products and £10 on the postage. They did return the clothing back to me but it was literally only fit for the bin.
Please beware, I would hate for this to happen to anyone else.

DO NOT BUY FROM RAZYS.COM. Terrible product. Ordered star bootcut jeans. They are not bootcut and look nothing like the product in the photographs on the Razys.com website. The stars are made of fleece and are covered in dried glue that look utterly disgusting. The returns policy is shocking. More fool me for making an impulse buy as a gift. Do not make the same mistake!

Looks nothing like what I ordered
Ordered an oversized faux leather jacket for £38.99. Arrived and looks nothing like the photo advertised, pockets are completely different and no buttons and collar is totally different. Cheaply made, poor stitching and paper thin, feels like it will fall apart after a single wear. Only label on the jacket says ‘Made in China’. Have requested a return and refund.

Sent a cheaply made jumper totally unlike what I had ordered (wrong shape, wrong size, wrong material). Only return option is to China, shipper pays, obviously not worth it for a low value item. A terrible experience.
