Firm's Practices Raise Question as per the Florida Bar

This firm is questionable in terms of ethics:

1. Unprofessional Retaliation: In my experience, their management responded by publicly posting disparaging (arguably defamatory) remarks simply because we firewalled their data-scraping methods that our cybersecurity team saw as noncompliant.

2. Billing Concerns: We encountered significant issues with overbilling outside of scope and disruptions to our firm's revenue streams, when way more credible attorneys properly paid for services rendered. We know that we were billed for services that were never genuinely rendered as a leverage point.

3. Questionable Conduct: When we attempted to hold the legal service provider accountable for contractual obligations, the response was highly unprofessional, deflecting ethical responsibily/obligation under our Constitutional rights, and personally insulting.

4. Trial Delays: The provider appeared to use tactical delays to avoid a timely legal resolution, all to assert what is too similar to forced labor, asserting access to services professionally rendered, billed for, and paid in our firm. We found this approach to be rather unethical and lacking in transparency, an intentional stalling maneuver.

5. Technical & Reputational Issues: After security protocols restricted their access, the provider shifted to discrediting our firm's professional record rather than addressing the service gaps.
