RBM (Red Button Monitoring) was taken over by ACT (Advanced Consumer Technology ). Unfortunately their technology is not all that advanced. It needs quite a lot of development. They have a video doorbell which alerts on your mobile phone when someone presses the door bell a few seconds later. You touch the ACT icon on your phone and sometimes you get a menu of 6 items headed by "Remove the App". Ridiculous. The delay is such that I sometimes miss who called. There is no icon on the screen to show the saved video clip. You can get the video through an unlikely series of menu clicks though. It is time and date stamped but in the tiniest lettering in white on light grey which is virtually unreadable. Also ridiculous.

I recently had all my windows fitted by RBM group and cannot recommend them enough. They were so thorough and efficient, I had a lovely lady call Maxine come round and go through all the information and pricing with me. Nothing was too much and she was really helpful. Overall a lovely company and a very happy customer!

Andy was brilliant talked us through the alarm, answers we needed he had.Also leaving paper work we did not have when installed. Checked out the whole system and left us confident we now know how it all works. Thank you Andy

We have been very impressed with RBM since signing up for an installation in March. Both Tom initially and Andy on the installation visits were very knowledgable and helpful, and took a lot of time to answer all our questions. It has taken a while to get everything set up but nothing has been too much trouble and the system seems very comprehensive and easy to use. Thank you!

When I was looking for cctv the RBM GROUP was one of several that quoted. No messing, straight talkers with what I wanted. Plenty of advice on camera placement. Nothing was too much trouble. Tom and Brad were quick and clean on install. Always arrived when they said. No frills pricing. Very pleased with the setup. I get everything on my phone and can see pictures plus 2 way communication anywhere. Now, peace of mind, wonderful.

Great service, Andy was brilliant and answered all questions asked and showed me how to use cameras he installed. Highly recommend.

So professional and attentive. Cannot fault the service. Answered all our questions and spent time with us explaining the application on our mobile devices and went through any future updates. Really excellent quality of service and great customer care.

Andy is always friendly and helpful. Arrives at the time arranged and always ready to help with any queries I have. Backup service is excellent,even telephoning to tell me my emergency fob needs to be recharged. First class service all round.16/02

RBM well what can I say about this company but that I trust them to do what they say and as of today they have. Now the engineer that comes to test my alarm is just the best he is so funny but he is so professionally. Nothing is to much trouble. It doesn't matter how many times he has to explain something he does it with a smile and I mean a smile and not a smirk or a grimace.he is always neat and tidy always respectful of my home and the people there. When he explains things he does not talk to us as if we are children. He uses language that we understand and he listens to us and explains things so that we understand he doesn't leave untill we are happy with everything.

Brad has been my engineer for the last few years. He is always on time, polite and very tidy in his work. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. I have had my alarm system moved from my old house to my new flat, and upgraded at the same time. it was all explained to me, which I hope I will remember. The whole RBM group staff members are very helpful and polite I would highly recommend them.

A first class service visit by Andy of RBM. Andy is very knowledgeable and professional, you can have full confidence in his ability to carry out every aspect of the security system review correctly & to the highest standard.

Clear explanation of what is to be done and why, followed by implementation of the installation or upgrade. Andy didn't leave the house until both I and my wife understood what had been done and how to use the installation or upgrade

Its good that it is the same professional as before . Andy has been my alarm guy for some time now . He is very professional, polite and patient. He explains everything clearly and concisely .

My wife and I purchased the system from the Ideal Home Show in March 2022. Andrew (who sold us the system) was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering our questions.

The touchscreen control panel is a nice design and is easy to use. The room sensors are small and not intrusive. Bradley (who installed the system) was very clean and tidy and helpful in his work.

Today Andrew came round for the system check-up. He was very helpful in reminding me of the functions on the control panel.

To be honest, I can't find any issues with this company. I strongly recommend RBM.

The engineer talked me through all my options and tailored the system to best suite my needs.
very impressed with what it all does, the quality of the pictures on the camera are excellent. Alarm system appears easy to operate. waiting for fire alarm and wireless door bell to be installed.

Brad the engineer was brilliant and very informative and explained the system as I'm not very tech savy.
Good clean worker house was left spotless.
Brad gave good advice as to where the security equipment should be fitted, which was very helpful.
Would recommend this company to anyone.

I've had fire, smoke, burglary and medical alarms set up by RBM, for a few years. The alarms seem to work, the engineers regularly check the system and are always friendly and helpful. Recently Bradley came to change to an upgraded panel and install a camera. He explained the whole process very clearly including using the app. I would recommend this company.
