We had 3 quotes and Richard was the middle one we picked, not just on price but on his great attitude and clear explanation of the work he would do.
We utilised his skills for external rendering and internal plastering, which involved some awkward angles!
He perfected both tasks. On time, polite and even cleaned everything up.
He turned up when he said he would, so very reliable.
Highly recommended. We will definitely be asking him to manage phase 2 with us 🤩

Richard had been recommended to us from a friend, so when he arrived to give us a quote my partner and I immediately liked how he spoke to both of us, and answered any questions we had as a couple, rather than just to me or my partner. His price was reasonable and fitted in with our budget, so we accepted. Before work commenced nothing was to much trouble if I needed to confirm something with him, which I really liked.

When Richard started he came at the time he said he would be, and worked all day, sometimes till 6pm to get the section of work he was doing finished.

He was courteous and polite, and considered our needs as we were having our downstairs bathroom and kitchen done at the same time.

His work is excellent and we're very pleased with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Richard.

Great job of insulating bedroom of solid brick wall house. Finish was excellent. Richard was a professional throughout with great communication, turning up on time and keeping carpets well protected. Throughly nice chap and Would highly recommend.

My Mum's boiler leaked from the loft and damaged the landing ceiling and tiles. After boiler repair Richard came quickly to remove the tiles and damaged board. He replaced the damaged board, then skimmed the whole ceiling and cleaned up; all in one day.

I cannot speak highly enough of Richard's work. His communication and quoting was prompt and transparent. He gave me a date to start the work and turned up as promised. The standard of the work is exceptional. There was no mess. Cannot fault.

We’ve used Richard a couple of times now. Richard is quick at responding and very competitive. Completed the work just over a week later skimming some walls in the kitchen that had previously been tiled. Really happy with the work and would highly recommend Richard for any plastering needs. Not had to use a plasterer before. First time using Richard. Chose him as he’s local. He priced the job up, gave me the quote and the job was booked in and completed the following week. Very quick turnaround. Just what I needed. Met both appointments, no problem. Job completed in the time quoted, price was reasonable with no surprises and the finished job is excellent. Dust sheets first thing to go down. Surfaces and wall mounted equipment well protected. Left the work area clean and tidy. I now have a good plastering contractor !
I have kept Richards number and won’t hesitate to use him again.

Richard boarded and skimmed a water-damaged ceiling. Arrived at the promised time, explained what he needed to do and got straight to work. Professional and friendly, an excellent job.
