Recently used the old kilpatrick facility, found the staff friendly and helpful, had no problem at all when we had to amend our hire agreement at short notice. Happy to recommend and would use again.

We recently moved our elderly mother down from Glasgow to Ipswich to bring her to where the bulk of the family now lives. RB Steel were kind and considerate throughout the move, and helped keep the stress to a minimum. They took care of all the packing, so our mother didn't need to lift a finger. Highly recommended.

Self storage that is not accessible. Opening hours really depend if he can be bothered being there. Call him and he allow access remotely, well this information is incorrect. Unfortunately it's the only self storage in the area so he has the monopoly and a waiting list of people looking rent units. Takes peoples money but certainly does not provide the service offered. Would not recommend anyone using any of his services

There were missing boxes Steel's state the number of boxes sent were received but they weren't the same boxes seems some repackaging was done, the boxes were unloaded from the truck and relabeled, though denied.
