TOTAL SCAMMERS
ORDERED THROUGH FB ADVERT ON THE 5th November had a email to confirm than nothing closed website. I only ordered one at 34.99 so disappointed with FB allowing this to happen, feeling sick that this happened

Wouldnt even give 1 star if i had the choice.. ordered finger remote control car through a fb advert. Paid £34.99 and recieved dispatched email and confirmation order. The link for this website has since disappeared and the email address is void due to a dns error. Absolute scammers!

They have ripped us off.taken 70 quid out of my account. Please no one buy from this company who are no longer reachable.very very annoyed

Just been ripped of £70 they have stollen from my kids , will struggle now as that was their Christmas presents. They are scum of the earth

I ordered from these and have not got my cars delivered, no web site and no email to be able to get In touch with them . They are a ripping off set of tw***, I will now have to order and pay for cars again, this time I will make sure a trustworthy seller

I've ordered and paid for a finger controlled car , I've tried to email them but get a reply saying unable to send because of DNS problem, tried to get on their website but seems non existent , proper scammers , avoid like the plague!!!

DONT order from these but not like you can as the site has disappeared, shame on facebook for letting this happen the ads should be checked by facebook. Please dont be scammed like everyone else and myself. My son will be gutted.

fraudsters I also ordered one, have been in contact with the bank to see if they can stop this from happening to others

Do not order! Scam!!
Ordered on 31st October. 2 emails confirming order and dispatch. Website now gone. Shame on facebook allowing this.
Didn't have PayPal option. Have learnt my lessons for future.
Hoping bank will refund.

Like everyone else I ordered one and paid for it got email, but nothing.

Ordered what seemed like a really good radio controlled car for my son as a Christmas present, however, after charging me £34.99, they have disappeared with my money and no car. Can't find a way to contact them and the email address keeps bouncing back to me. TOTAL SCAM!!

Too late now as the website has disappeared so obviously no more orders to be taken, but BEWARE they are bound to set up something else. The website looked very genuine, a niche product developed just in time for Christmas! The first time I have ever used Apple Pay, thinking I had the same recourse as PayPal but it appears not. Thank goodness I only ordered one! In future I will not be using Apple Pay and will close my wallet. The experience will not stop me ordering on the internet, but will ensure that the payment method used is appropriate for the transaction.
Not much point letting RC Autos know about the reviews, they’re lying in the sun somewhere, reading them and thinking « how easy was that with a little help from Facebook and the financial institutions? Haha....what can we set up next to make money from these mugs? (Different product and name of course !) »

I ordered from hear and it says my order is being shipped but when you click on there website it has been closed this was for my wee boy Christmas gutted there must be something I can do about this as I can’t afford to go out and buy him something else could anyone help me out please thanks

I too have ordered and paid got email saying been despatched and now they closed the web site tried to email them but nothing happening robbing ***** that was for my little man 😡😡

Dont buy from this company. Ordered on 4th nov. Received a notice on the 8th to say had despatched. Then nothing. Website has now disappeared. Had to contact my bank, hoping to get a refund.

absolutely furious that people scam people like everyone i to ordered got email saying on its way however no product delivered

Same problem like everyone else. I have now to contact my bank. Hopefully I will get my money back. Stay safe everyone

I ordered online and paid on 28th October. I received an email on 4th november stating order on way.

I have sent several emails requesting a tracking link and asking where is my order but no replies as of yet.

Highly disappointed as this item is for my disabled son...so if i have no contact or product i have paid for by the end of this week i will have no choice but to look into this matter further.

DON’T Buy from here. THIS IS A SCAM. I had an advert on FACEBOOK, checked the out, even searched up their website through Google, they had lots of RCs so thought that all was good.

Ordered my son an RC for Xmas, received an order confirmation email. A week later i received an email shipping confirmation. Realised today that i haven’t received it yet, so check the email. IP address for the tracking and their website is no longer working.

The email i sent to them doesn’t work. Trying to contact Facebook now as they must have the business contact details - annoying Facebook even approve adverts before they go live, they should have done better checks.

same as everyone. paid , sent a confirmation email, week late one to say on its way. looked to check and website, rc-auto.co.uk no longer exits
have informed my bank and hopefully will get my money back
