Order not sent on time

The correct parts arrived on time.

I bought some rc car tires for $22.00, and the listing stated that it had 4 tires in the packaging, when only 2 arrived, unacceptable

I ordered the rear diff set for my outcast 6s
The parts shipped in a very timely manner.
I received the parts in very nice packaging. Everything fit nice and is holding up great! I will definitely recommend.

Had the parts I needed and great quality.. don't know about shipping as of right now. because I haven't received my order just yet..

Shipping time is way too long... ordered on 30/4/25, and still not in my country... next time on aliexpress!

For starters it took 12 days from date of order to recieve any kind of shipping verification. The verification is completely unclear of as to where item shipped from and where to. Claims made that it was clearing customs. Possibly true but for 12 days. We are now on day 14. Initial purchase says 3 to 7 days. Nice lie. Looks like RCAWD needs to adjust that on the site. Today i am asked to do a review. For starters even 1 star is too many. Hopefully I'm satisfied with my purchase but I couldn't tell u since it's still a mystery as to where my parcel is. I really hope my next experience with a foreign parts supplier goes a bit/alot smoother. Order date 4/29. Today 5/12

The tires looks great and to have fun on the rocks for the first time and after crawling on the rocks was excellent and came home and the inner tube nipple was worn out fast but it's still a good tire just wish there was a spare part for it

Ok I have fitted and run the motor/transmission for FCX18 Chev and it is great, so much faster. Postage was very slow between countries but the support was excellent.

Tried to get a replacement driveshaft for an axle kit I purchased (D2-SCX2557BL) and nothing was available online. I contacted the support email and received excellent help. However the part we landed on through conversation looked right but when I received them they were still wrong. I have decided to move away from RCAWD products because I am working on the second month of trying to replace a $7.00 axle.
