Absolutely exceptional service. I made a purchase online which was delivered quickly with great communication throughout. I then needed help and contacted MB by email at around 10pm expecting a response the next day. Half an hour and several emails later I had all the answers I needed, before I went to bed!

I have used these guys multiple times now and cannot fault them. They hold a huge range of stock, have almost anything you could want at great prices. Had an issue in the past where a decal sheet was missing and they sent out a new one next day so can't fault the customer service. Next day delivery is also very handy and using a trusted and reliable courier in DPD. I hope they continue to partner with DPD and don't cheap out on Hermes/evri!

What a great company. I decided to order from them over the weekend based on a recommendation. Then I placed two more smaller orders for sundries which were an after thought. The two after thoughts had shipping costs as they were smaller orders. My fault. Nevermind, I thought.

Quite early on Monday morning I noticed they had refunded the delivery costs on the second two orders, completely unprompted. That's service! That's being on the ball and that's how to turn customers into fans.
