Poor customer service & product support.
After receiving my $600 RC helicopter, I discovered a couple of “quality control” problems. One of the two batteries I purchased wasn’t charging fully. The other issue was a manufacture defect that appeared to be made by a rushed or lazy employee who assembled the body. After dozens of emails, pictures and videos sent, Senior Account Manager, Ben is blowing me off to Yuxiang directly. I tried explain the problems to them but they say I need to resolve it with RCGoing. Ben is no longer responding to my emails.
