Bought a Taranis X9D plus for 108€ ! Very cheap ! Ordered 07.09.18 item came 19.09.19 very fast shipping ! Only 2 weeks, it said on purchase that it could take up to 19 days? So im very pleased. After reading the negative complains about them i wrote an e-mail and i had a fast anwser from them, with a Tracking Number and so on.... Recommended ! Buy here ! I definetly will. Thanks

I bought an C-FLY OBTAIN F803 drone.
The delivery (from a german adress) was fast.
After 2 weeks the camera gimbal did not work any more.
The contact to the RC Master Team was very helpful.
We were advised to send the camera to the headquarter in china.
We were extreemly worried that the parcel will a) never arrive and b) will not be processed.
BUT ! in a fridely email we were contacted that the camera is repaired and on the way back.
Indeed- 2 weeks later - the gimbal camera is back and everything is working again.

I´ve bought DJI Phantom3 SE from RCMASTER. The price was very good.
And also the delivery. Communication was ok but your german was like my english. But finally I understood.
I am happy with my DJI.

I´ve bought MOZA AIR gimbal from RCMASTER. The price was very good, communication with the seller also. The item was shipped 3 days after my purchase (as they mention on their website) and I received it after another 5 days from HongKong. I had to pay some small amount of money to the DHL courier for the "import tax", but even with that the price was very good. I didn´t know that the seller is actually in HongKong as the whole website is in German. For EU customers I would recommend to try find the item in their German warehouse stock first to avoid any complications with the duty etc.
Overall I´m more that happy with the product, seller´s services and communication and thus highly recommend !

The most lying company ever!
Ordered a motor from their homepage 3 weeks ago.
According to the shop, it was in stock and would be delivered within 24 hours. Choose shipement with Track and Trace. They showed that it was supposed to be shipped from UK.

After 2 weeks without any Track&Trace info, I called thier support.
Now they said that it was on its way to me. Still no T&t.

They said that the package was on it way to me, but that the T&T code was delayed.

Asked for a T&T code, and they gave me a code which showed to be a transfer code. They said that the package was in NL, and on it way to me.

Status right now is.... Package is somewhere in Asia, on its way to NL.
So I will hopefully have my package within some weeks.

I tried to cancel my order, which is not possible - they still insist that the parsel is between NL and DK.

So folks - do not trade with this company - you can have better shipment when you order direct from Asia.

It was stated that the shipping to Germany will take 1-5 working days after payment. I've paid using PayPal on the 24 December ( okay 25th and 26th are public holidays). I received an email saying that the item has been shipped on 4th jan but the items only arrived on the 12th jan via dhl. I think rcmaster should be more honest on stating the lenghth of shipping.

Bought my first Hubsan 501 drone at E-Global - they did what they promised: recieved the package within 3 weeks.

Wanted the advanced white version from RCMaster.
"RCmaster" just promises - and fulfills nothing.
