As usual RD Heat were excellent. Gave a fair quote for replacing two radiators and did the work in an afternoon. Rebecca had even rescheduled the agreed time after I was unable to be at home at that time. Owen arrived on time, did the work in a friendly and professional manner and cleaned after himself. Excellent job.

We chose R D Heat based on reputation and reviews and I am delighted to report that they greatly exceeded my expectations. The job entailled removing an old oil boiler and replacing with a gas combi mounted in an akward spot.

Our team comprised Andy and his apprentice Owen. They arrived when expected, worked quickly and efficiently, great team IMO! Quickly removing our old (heavy) oil boiler, the installation went ahead very smoothly, assisted by tea and biscuits in industrial quantities;+}

We were expecting the installation to take 2 days but were delighted with being up and running in under a day.

Thank you to Ross, Rebecca and of course Andy and Owen who did the real work. I have no hesitation in recommending R D Heat for a competitive, well executed job. Well done to all.

Really impressed with RD Heats service. Our annual boiler service showed a few issues with the boiler.
We were provided with a clear explanation of the faults and a costing and revisit was easily arranged.

I cannot fault them, Rebecca is so helpful and responds to any questions quickly. The engineers are always prompt and friendly and leave everything tidy.

We had RD Heat come in for three and a half days to replace our entire central heating system and we were delighted with their work and the results. Sam, Jack, Harry, Luke and Ross were incredibly professional, highly competent and friendly - they gave us a sense of complete confidence at all times. They kept us fully informed of what they doing (ensuring we were happy with their project plans) and never made us feel anxious at all, even when our house was turned upside-down! Would highly recommend to anyone (we have already passed their details onto a few friends and colleagues looking to get plumbing work done in the future) and would not hesitate asking them back if we needed future work. RD Heat have really set the bar to where all other plumbing services should be. Outstanding - 10/10!

I am glad I chose RD Heat. They gave me good advice, but left me to make the final decision. The job was done very well & at the right price. I would recommend them to anyone. I will be using them again, for the annual servicing.

From the ever helpful Rebecca through to Ross and his team, all at RD Heat are unwaveringly helpful, efficient and good humoured.

RD Heat were prompt and efficient when our boiler broke down visiting and producing a quote the same day.
We accepted their quote and the new boiler was fitted within a week of the breakdown.

Few companies deserve a 5 star review, but these guys do. I had an entire boiler replacement, delete of steel pipework and move of equipment into the roof. All done in 3 days. They cleaned up after themselves everyday, power flushed the system the day after it was running to ensure no issues and helped no end.
If you need plumbing works doing, this gang of tight-nit solid workers are for you. You won't be dissapointed.

Very pleased with this service. The engineer was efficient and very nice. We had a small problem with the boiler but he suggested we claimed for the work under the warranty on the boiler rather than pay him to do it. It means we will definitely trust RDHeat and use them again for our home and those we rent out.

The boiler failed and our usual central heating engineer could not get to us so we contacted RD Heat. They were able to arrange for one of their engineers to come out within an hour. The fault was diagnosed and we were given options including replacing the boiler. Ross visited and within a couple of hours provided written quotations.
The work was done promptly by Sam and Jack who explained what was to be done, protected the surrounding areas and tidied up afterwards.
The overall service provided by RD Heat and the team was in excess of our expectations and we would recommend them for any work you may need doing.
