Garbage tier customer service. Stay away from this company. They do not wanna take returns even though they say they do. I had to escalate my case to PayPal to get an approved return. Took almost a whole month. I escalated it to PayPal and 24 hours later. Boom approved. They don’t even have a phone number and do not reply to emails.
Buyer beware the do not guarantee their product nor provide warranty. Their site claim they give full warranty but they do not. I communicated several time by email and by calling. No reply from any representative. Keep your money. They make defective products.
