ordered 10not working vps , they promised to replace and later just ignored me !

if you are unable to give me replacements then refund me full amount of money what i paid for them except one day what i was able use them without issues and reaching out support , i think that very generous including that how much of my time have been wasted now !

Hello,
This problem comes with you only, and not with our other users. We have to check first what is workload on these rdp because the cpu usage is almost 100% , if the problem is from OS then we have to change the os or reinstall the os.
Give us sometime to solve this problem.

just checked , still problem hasn't been resolved ,im mad as **** realistically 1 day out of 6 since i purchased your service everything was working fine and only after i contacted support :)
would be great if someone finally resolved issue with rdp's !
