No refund then 15% restock fee

Returned shelf stock items to this company 24 hours after purchase deciding the advice offered by the sales person (director of the company) was inaccurate. Items were returned in original unused condition in all original packaging (where provided). No refund was forthcoming; and finally, when said director returned from holiday, a refund was offered by a further return visit to the trade counter and subject to a 15% restocking fee. This for an item I took off the shelf personally. No mention of these terms/conditions of sale on stationery or website.
