Molti problemi di malfunzionamento.
La ditta Revis non fornisce assistenza. Molti problemi di malfunzionamento della mia pompa di calore, molto costosa.
Componenti di bassa qualità, termostati interni difettosi.
Pessima assistenza e zero considerazione nei confronti dell’utente finale.
Impossibile dialogare con il servizio assistenza se non si è installatori.
Agente di zona irreperibile in provincia di Biella.
Nel mio caso è stato impossibile ottenere assistenza durante il periodo di garanzia anche perché l’installatore che ha realizzato l’impianto non offre assistenza. Non risponde a mail e telefonate quindi in caso di necessità urgente si è costretti all’abbandono.
Decisamente negativo.
