The package came fast. Stuff is really good. When you want some good chemicals for cheap, it’s the right site.

The best nootropics vendor I used since some time ago. The natural nootropics are of best quality!

First and foremost, the products offered by Reachgenius are hard to come by in Europe and are of very good quality. However, there seems to be problems with them processing orders in a timely manner. I was able to get a refund for the express delivery option, as it was past the expected delivery date twice. That is to say, the staff and admin understand their shortcomings and behave in a professional manner to resolve any issues.I really appreciate the products that they offer and plan to order from them in the future, however, I hope that they will fix the slow processing times in the near future. For this reason, I can only give them 4/5 stars.

Still haven’t received the product I ordered on June 19. Can’t give a product review without product!

I received the product today. After paying for special temperature controlled shipping, the cold-packing blisters were at room temperature and the product was also. I don’t believe I can use the product.

Also, I am annoyed with vendors that blame issues on things outside their control. Im sorry, but it’s not my fault that the company had shipping issues.

Not only did the company not accept responsibility for the problem, a refund or future discount was not even offered. This is indicative of a company that only cares about their bottom line and not about the customer!

I was delivered what I ordered.

Spent the first week pissed off because I ordered the fastest type of shipping but after one week the message was still stuck on “payment accepted” and they weren’t replying to emails.

After a week though they got in touch and made it right, refunded me the shipping cost and seemed really apologetic, something about a recent sale overwhelming them.

As for the products, quality seems solid subjectively.

Two stories thanks for your patience:

At the end of April, it took 10 days from the time the order was placed and successfully paid until the status of the order was changed to shipped in the Reachgenius.se web shop system. In the meantime, we have exchanged a nice letter. We accepted the reasons why the order was delayed. I only noticed afterward that on TrustPilot, there was a case the delay was shorter than this but the company as compensation paid the cost of the not cheap DHL delivery – instead of the outraged customer.

Apparently, it seems that it worth to be indignant and that no good can come from reasonable and kind communication. It is surprising to find this from here in Central Europe against our Scandinavian partners.

Now in June more than two weeks since ordering. This is not even partnership: now when we placed the order we also enclosed a letter which may have contained nonsense and was lengthy… actually, we did not expect a quick reply at all in the midst of the great drive of those days. But we don’t accept that you think that it’s OK. Without a word, let the stupid customer wait.

But gentlemen! More than 14 days (!) have passed since the order was placed and successfully paid. The status of the order in the webshop has not changed. A meaningless template e-mail does not arrive to inform us, the customers.

And that’s another pain in the ass that you decide not to send a spray, rather a transfer pipette with the bottle. Ok, you have the right to change the content of the offer, but please look at the words themselves: the spray is easy to use intranasal with proper amounts. The transfer pipette is for preparation for other routes of administration.

Shall I be aggressive on TrustPilot and then we get a discount? Because they'll kiss someone else's ass in order to paint the sky pink if somebody says a bad word here?

Sorry, because we have had good experiences with you before, but this time after the previous story now we want to cancel the order in accordance with EU laws and we hope that the amount we paid ( for us, not a minor thing) will be refunded to the card it was paid with immediately.

I don’t think about an exit scam, just you know how to prioritize and which orders worth putting at the end of the list. (By the way, the guy here who got compensation spent far less than us.)

We would rather not leave in anger… someday we’ll order again at full price on a grey weekday from Reachgenius.se, I hope you will serve us without any problems or, if anything comes up, at least honor us with at least some standard message.

I don't think I will be doing business with Reach Genius ever again.

They have accepted my payment and not sent out my order. When I reach out to them, they don't ever reply; I have tried several times.

This is poor customer service and does not make me feel confident doing business with them. I will make sure to let other people (who are thinking of buying from Reach Genius) know that they are not reliable.
