We tried ordering something on the website but it never went through. However the bank still got charged. After a couple of days the bank was charged of the most expensive subscription which we never signed up for. I never even gotten any emails from them. This website is a scam. They won't refund me.

The company has addressed the issue at hand, they were helpful.

They offered a refund on an account i had to close because of these people. A complete con! Stay away from this website as it's not real...they take your money with no return. You will be ripped off.

I found a special promotion for some outdoor equipment on an Instagram add. After completing the payment, I see I got subscribed to this service, instead of buying the items I though I was purchasing.

I contacted the customer service, and they cancelled my subscription quickly. But they said, they can not refund the "initial fee".
